IRC and the ops in the #UT channel have got serious issues with power. Isnt that supposed to be the "community channel"? Its saddens me to be apart of a gaming community that alienate people of the same gaming interests. Ive been playing online games for only 1.5 years now, and never have I seen such bad attiudes from certain "older" members in a community.

Ive been continuously banned/kicked/booted from that irc channel registered by shrimp. The "new" foums seem to be an improvent and have seemed to knocked a few ego/power driven forum posters off their high horses. One good asset for UT2K4 and UZA

The "certain continual" few ops in #ut are living happily in irc, come act like that on these forums and we'll see how far and long u last. Not so big without your op status.


Is this the way all new n00bs who will join the community will be treated, go look at other gaming communties, this is not the case. Respect for fellow gamers seems to have gone out the UT2k4 window and into the UT99 trashcan.

I did not register on this fourm, I have no intrest and time to play UT anymore, and yet people refused to leave it be - and had to make a pretentious fu ck wad of a thread defacing my nick once again. Was that really necesary Max? Superman? Biogizzard?
