Frontosa are supplying XFX 8800 GT cards and I was wondering if anyone has any advice/reviews to give me regarding the brand XFX!

dude xfx have relased 3 diffrent 8800gt spec gfx cards.

Yo,
99% of the cards are made the same (ie, to Nvidia's reference card, and in alot of cases in the same factory, just got a different sticker on the top).
Some cards are factory overclocked and carry the full warranty, s can be useful to get if you are not an OC'er.
But as far as XFX goes, there is nothing wrong with the brand, infact they are well know and IMHO a 'trusted' brand. I think the warranty you get is more important than the brand (time wise).

Thanks Haja. I just wanted to know more about the company/brand as I have never heard of them. As for the prices, I haven't seen the latest price list, but I reckon they will be between 2 and 3 K.

Im just looking around atm :p perhaps planning on buying myself a nice pc for xmas.
mainly looking at prices of intel cpu's from the E6550 right up to the q6600. the intel p5ne sli mobo, some cheap to decent cl4 ddr2 ram etc :p
oh yes, and a sweet 8800 gt :p

hehe, I want a Ultra slim Plasma full 1080p HD with 2xHDMI and must be 60 inches...
