Habu Lag

I am hoping that someone could perhaps guide me with my Habu mouse. I experience delayed response if any response.

I have updated the to the latest Firmware and Software and still nothing.

The mouse is not older than 6 months and it started with problems about two months ago.

I have googled for answers but nothing.

Please help if you know what might cause the problem.

Not really an option as this is my second pricey mouse this year.

However everything is working now since I uninstalled the firmware / software.

You know ... when I first got the Habu and updated the firmware etc I was singing it's praises, but I have found it to be inconsistent in the long run ... it's as if the snsitivity is NEVER the same, it's constantly switching it's own sensitivity and it's an irritating mouse to grip ... it's as if it's always falling out of your hand.
