It's pre-order for the expected release date which has already passed:


Release Date: 06/01/2007


That price must have been a maximum estimation, since no one knows, afiak what the final price is....

Well, if you look at the other dates, the date actually reads June 1st and not January 6th. Still, a HUGE pinch of salt to be taken with it.

Hmmm... remember the Doom3 wait? Man... I almost shat myself whenever a pc mag had anything closely resembling something about Doom3... hehe! :P

Walmart also had a release date of some time in January this year.

They are bullshitting, getting people to pre-order.

The first date was the 1st of June, and this new date is the 17 August.

They have moved it back!

Guys I may be wrong, but I think they prob. have a better idea than any of us of the release date ,they are not a Mickey Mouse operation and they must have been given an idea or they would not post a date on their site , No one else has as far as I know. Hell, maybe I am just hoping too much :)

I wouldn't call it "hoping to much." That release date, even if it is correct, is still only in AUGUST of this year! :(

I was really wanting a June release. I wonder if epic isn't hoping to catch some early christmas sales with a later date?

It's annoying having to wonder when it's going to be released. I've just forgotten about it for now. ;)

I am happy that it is taken so long that means more UT2k4 for me and for everyone who loves it :) . I might get the ADSL line in this month if telecom is true to their word.

All I can say is UT3 take your time :P
