I'm selling my Creative ZEN Vision:M (http://www.creative.com/products/product.asp?category=213&subcategory=214&product=14331) player, reason being I need the money and I hardly use it. Its very lightly scratched, you can hardly see it but not at all visible when the screen is on.

how big is the actual HDD?

Also, does it let you keep your music in your folders (like an explorer kind of structure?)

30GB hard drive.
It keeps it in explorer like order, you can always create playlists. Problem comes in with music not properly labled, then it makes it confusing but you can sort your music via artist or album in alphabetical order if labled properly.
