heya,

Anyone had any experience playing on a pad like this?

It looks pretty nifty and just wondered if they are worth looking at? Lately my fingers have become lazy, and I think this would help me :)

thanks in advance

Dunno hey, once you've used a keyboard to move etc, I just cant see anything else being a decent replacement.

Pc's are always going to be different to PS2/3 etc, so by using that you're almost integrating the two?

No thanks, as Cripple mentioned, it's got a tad of a ghei aspect to it .

LOL. I am not gay, well, not THAT gay, well, maybe a bit.....anyway I digress.

The board looks nice. I use the ESDF layout, so it would be very similar. PLus with having the uttons nicely spaced, and in good positions, my slow old hands would not get confused in a pinch.

Anyhoo, I will see if my bidget allows it, then go from there. IF I get it, I will provide feedback :)

My cousine has one and I tried playing with it for a while. I personally didn't like the way the buttons push. It has a cheap plastic feel to it, even though it looks really high tech on the pictures. Himself stopped playing with it after a while.

Besides, if it was as good as the markitecture said it was (taking you to the next skill level and all), then all the pro FPS players would've been using it. Yet, I don't think many, if any of them do.

Rather just spend the cash on a really good mouse and keyboard imho. :)

Naaah, just my humble opinion. I don't think everyone will agree with me. Take this into account though, the advert states this among other things:
"The intuitive key layout reduces the learning curve and improves gaming control, speed and accuracy."

All good and well, but accuracy is what you achieve with your mouse. Perfect timing is what you want to achieve with your keyboard, hence, it's important that the buttons have a good feel to it and that they always register no matter if you press in one of the corners, sides or centers of a button. Some cheap keyboards have this tendency where the key doesn't push down if you don't push right on the center of the button. This is something my cheapish Microsoft keyboard does better than any fancy gamepad. It's still down to opinion though, and thats what Mr. Haja was asking for. Oh, and BTW, my fingers are just as lazy :)

thansk Maximus.

Got a bit drunk yesterday and these things always seem better when I am a bit on :P

I agree with your statements, I guess I am just looking for an easy way to get better.

I reacon you right, I will save for a better kb and mouse :)

How much do they cost?

Have you considered getting a Razer Tarantula KB?
