Dude, i'm not sure who you sources of information are, but I can tell you for a fact that there has been no official release date set yet (that I know of), and if there was a date, it would be on the Atari Forums first - which it's not.

Also I know that it should be "off of a horse" but the effect is lost. Have a lovely day for finding out that you can hide messages by colouring the letters the same as the background of the forum.
