I too had a run in with Steam. I avoided it like the plague since HL2, but when I saw Sin:Episode1 for only R120, I grabbed it. 2 Hours of installation and an entire night later (because it couldn't log me in), I finally played! So much for off the shelf huh?

OMG... it's like one of those windows errors!!!

"Please select yes or no", and then there is only an "ok" button! :D

But apparently the Steam servers in Seattle are down ATM...

lol gotta love steam (the krap program) sometimes when i log in it soma says cs is 0% complete when i just played the game a few minutes ago, but then 10 min later i play again, when it is still on my pc, and yesterday i couldn't even log in, what also irritates me is every time i want to log now it asks for my password again

I have given up on STEAM, 56k without inifinity call is an expensive joke, rar'd my whole dir and burned it to several dvd rw's.
EP2 and whatnot will just have to wait. Sucks, I get shafted because of pirates? Oh well, pass the vaseline I guess since I have not choice. Also, apart from Dark Messiah of Might and Magic being a crappy single player game, its mp is also build into STEAM... *sigh*

Damn! I heard that the singleplayer was actually very good. I like the fact that it looks like you are the character, like Chronicles of Riddick i.e. you are looking through the hero's eyes.

Dark Messiah of Might and Magic being a crappy single player game, its mp is also build into STEAM... *sigh*

No offense but i really disagree, i finished the game and loved it and top of that it has a beautifull graphics engine :)

Not to disagree with you again but I also felt the engine was a little, bland. Like no colors at all....then again, games tend to bore me very easily these last few months. FEAR XP was good tho, still trying to get into NWN2.
