Look, I will generate the Tourney, as for the schedules it will be up to the two teams playing to agree on a date and time. I am not running after people organise these things.

But yeah I must agree... that map is like totally controllable, take 100... get LG get 50, kill everything! :P

Or the opposition can try hit with DD, but seeing that you need LG and DD to do most damage on that map... it's gonna be hard... unless you SR the shit out of the guys without getting LG/Mini'd in the process! :P

The map choice was taken according to the votes. But its not cast in stone. So when time comes, we can let the forces that be decide on what map they would like to play.

Damn... I only noticed now... there is no Roughinery aswell! :( Why not remove one of the Campgrounds and replace it with Rough? Just a thought... I like that map, and Cg's 2004 & 2005, so I isn't a Hellova deal, but I think two Campgrounds is a bit weird(I know they are very different from one another, but still it's basically the same layout). :P

I will be moving into a new place next weekend (15th) and so we had our line transferred today. So for the next week I will be offline ..

Could Gamma take my place in the comp? I am very sorry about this but there is nothing I can do.

On a more interesting note.. Telkom said they would come on the 8th to move the line. They did! A technician phoned to say the would be there at 09:00. They were!

Apparently the Team to play Sam and Manta, are unable to agree a time, so we need to set some time limits.

Everyone needs to play thier first games by this wednesday please. ( The latest)

So, the teams who don't pitch, IE: Their opponents end up waiting for them on the agreed night ( IE: TOMORROW OR WEDNESDAY PLEASE ) are going to end up forfeiting their game, and the other Team will advance, and the Loser team ends up in losers bracket ( see alp ladder system)

Well, doods - this seems to have started off well ( ignore me getting my Telkom line cut - Telkom, I hate them ) and I think it would be good to get it moving a little faster now.

I am posting this, as some people are saying it's moving to slow, so it's time to play :)

Crazyboob, if you want to keep Gamma as your teamie, I understand dood. All good, Hf - otherwise im there like a bear.

Dude, please read above... I've been contacted by people who are saying that the other Teams are stalling with lame excuses.

As long as Teams have valid reasons then thats cool, Haja's is valid.

Same thing that always happens ...everyone sounds super-stoked at first and signs-up. But then actually getting the games to happen -- well, only a handful of people seem to bother.

Real pity, because I'd love to for something like this to work out.

Oh, and little lesson from last time ...hosting such an event over the Dec hols is not too bright :P
