theyre trying to do too much with UT2k7. I think theyre gona stuff it up
As long as they keep Digital Extremes shackled up in dark musky dungeon, all should be fine.
i dont care how long it takes, just as long as its worth the wait, unlike UT2003/4

Amen brutha... We don't want another UT2003 Tech Demo. As always, only a handfull of people will be playing it, the rest will still be playing CS. So nothing would have changed. I still think its going to be great, I'm just a little dissapointed thats all.

They are programming UT2K7 to make use of duel core CPU's as well as make use of the Ageia PhysX engine. I just have a bad feeling about UT2k7 ;p

You should rather have a bad feeling about your upgrading budget.
at this point I'll settle for any shitty beta/demo. Anything to get a taste of things to come.
Who els wants to do cool shit on hover-boards? :P

too true ;\
Do we go for an AM2 mobo now? Or do we decide to ditch AMD and buy a conroe? But, when AMD goes to 65nm on their cpus, they just might take out the conroe ;\ Not to mention the cost of the cr@ppy Ageia physX card plus the fact we will probably need a DX10 compatible card to run UT2k7 at its optimum.

Well the AMD X2 prices are so low now, one might as well just go for that if your still on 1x AMD core. No need to upgrade your mobo if you already have a socket 939 mobo. I'm lucky enough to have a PC which can handle every game you throw at it pretty nicely. I'm just going to sit back a while and watch things unfold. The only upgrade I may make in the near future is to get an X2. The ol' 7800GTX is humming along just nicely at this point.
