Or better yet anyone looking foe web developers, ASP,SQL and .Net

Why not check the job listings? They are all over the place, i know for a fact that near the science labs on campus lots of people are offering jobs... I also know of a job not far from the campus where u have your own office... i'll see whether there are some spots open.
