LAN Seating and Power Plan [Archive]

Hi Guys,

The seating is suggested however the layout will more than likely follow this format the power distribution has been planned as well to avoid any unfortunate mishaps etc etc.

Please can we on this post confirm who is bringing a server and who can help out with the extra 24 switch, cannot remember who brought one last time, also the extensions etc etc. I need to organise times with everyone so we can get everything set up early in the morning.

erm... can helix sit on their own please the people in TA smell funny, Naja members are Pshyc out patients and most of the other clans are involved in illicit activities...

Danny, I have 100m of 20Amp 3 core cable that I can make into what
ever config ie 5 X 20m, 6 X 10m + 2 X 20m. Bare in mind that a 350W
power supply will draw 1.6Amp and the average CRT about 3Amp, I
have a 700W power supply, I'll leave it to you to determine the
necessary. I can however not go less than 10m per length, it's R700 worth of cable and I need to reuse it for work.

I would suggest washing your shirt in Dettol, or maybe even consider burning it. you never know where those Helix folk have been!

Yes and I'm not suposed to say this but when we did find out and wanted to boot his ass he threatened us with a law suite ....

P.S. He also made us sign countless documents to prove he's legit participation in Helix...

Yes, and in terms of the penalty clause, you have to sit between Gunny and Sequel, with Jason commenting over your shoulder and with your screen facing the glare from the garage door, at all future LANS. :D
