Dead Razer on startup?

heya,

found this on the www.razerzone.com site this morning. Its for those cold startups (when your mouse is not working)

Ensure that your ports are not going into hibernation mode. Check the following:

1. Right-click on the "My Computer" icon and open its "Properties" page.
2. Select the "Hardware" tab.
3. Click the "Device Manager" button.
4. Click on the "+" sign of the "Universal Serial Bus Controllers".
5. Right-click on any "Root Hub" and select "Properties".
6. Select the "Power Management" tab and ensure that "Allow computer to turn off this device to save power" is not checked.
7. Click the OK button and do this for every "Root Hub"

My firware upgrade helped for the Copperhead, but this could very well be applied to the CH as well I would think.

Nice one Haja....FFS....My razor was going into freeze mode after about 10 minutes. I was gonna do re-install out of desperation..but this just might work.

ok 30 minutes later..and all is well..mouse does tend to stick a bit...but I can live with that...lets see if it works after 30 mminutes of gaming.

10 minutes into a game...bling bling..freeze..dead.

FFS
