I did a little quick digging and it sounds like UTComp 1.6 is the reason Onslaught games keep crashing on the SGS servers.

TP? Cat? Can you guys check into this? The server crashes are really killing the game. :(

so what i can see there, with netcode on the server runs like a champ and with it off the server crashes?
Yeah this is very irritating, not a lot of ONS gets played anymore and when there is a decent game on then BAM. How bout just removing anti tcc and utcomp 1.6 from the ONS server? there's no duelers there.

i think sorting out the bug would be better for me thx u very much.
dissing anti tcc and utcomp 1.6 as a last option

Personally I would prefer it if they dumped UTComp 1.6 on the Onslaught server and went back to something like 1.5 or 1.3.
The last thing I want is 1.6's drek netcode "enhancements" being enabled. It's supposed to work well for DM/CTF but has numerous ONS bugs.
